I have been fortunate to hold several senior management positions in large organizations for over 30 years, including 9 years as CEO. During that time, I have mentored and coached dozens of staff at all levels of the corporation. My leadership approach is based on integrity, effective relationships and continuous improvement. I am a life-long learner and expect that those I work with will take a serious interest in their on-going learning and development.
I believe that holding an executive position is a rare privilege. It is often challenging and demands the best of our capacities. Early in my career I discovered that the more I learned about myself, the more helpful I could be to others.
I am intimately familiar with the special pressures of executive roles and have experienced many ups and downs over a long career.
Jungian Analysis is a powerful educational process – I wish that I had learned it much earlier in my career.
