I believe that holding an executive position is a rare privilege. It is often challenging and demands the best of our capacities. Early in my career I discovered that the more I learned about myself, the more helpful I could be to others – a pre-requisite of effective leadership.
I am intimately familiar with the special pressures of executive roles and have experienced many “ups” and “downs” over a long career.
